Legal Status

Kerala Public School Trust, basically an educational institution, is registered under Indian Trust Act (Regn. No. 4959) under a Trust Deed signed on 17th December 1998 by the following Trustee :

1. Founder Chairman : Late Shri. APR Nair
2. Founder Vice Chairperson and Advisor : Mrs. Vijayam Kartha
3. Chairperson: Mrs. Manorema Nair
4. Mr. K. Hariharan Kartha

(The Trust was founded three years before its formal registration, that is in 1995)

It is also registered under 12A (A) of Income Tax Act, 1961
